The time spent at Luma Boutique Hotel was truly enhanced by the exceptional support of the staff, particularly Diogo at the front desk, who went the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay in Bariloche. From offering insightful local recommendations to arranging seamless tours and dining experiences, his dedication truly stood out. The convenient car rental service provided added flexibility to explore the area independently. Despite the slight uphill walk back from the main shopping street, the hotel's well-connected Wi-Fi and overall value for money made the stay enjoyable, and I left feeling well taken care of.
